服务条款Terms of Service
本服务条款规范对 Smallsoft Identity 平台及相关服务的访问与使用。These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Smallsoft Identity platform and related services.
服务范围Service Scope
平台功能包括认证、授权、目录服务与审计能力，并应以适用的订阅方案及双方已签署协议为准。Platform features, including authentication, authorization, directory services, and audit capabilities, are provided subject to your applicable subscription plan and executed agreement.
账户责任Account Responsibility
客户应负责维护其账户相关的管理凭据、API 密钥及访问控制的保密性与安全性。Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of administrative credentials, API keys, and access controls associated with their accounts.
可用性与支持Availability & Support
服务可用性与支持承诺以适用于客户订阅方案的服务级别协议（SLA）及支持条款为准。Service availability and support commitments are defined by the applicable Service Level Agreement (SLA) and support terms associated with your subscription plan.
责任限制Liability
责任限制及适用免责条款受 Smallsoft 与客户已签署协议约束，并以强制适用法律为限。Limitations of liability and applicable exclusions are governed by the executed agreement between Smallsoft and the customer, subject to mandatory applicable law.
附加法律条款Additional Legal Terms
以下条款用于企业采购与法务评估，具体权利义务以已签署协议为准。The following terms support enterprise legal review; definitive rights and obligations are set out in the executed agreement.
适用法律Governing Law
本条款及因其产生或与其相关的非合同义务，适用已签署协议中约定的法律，并不适用法律冲突规则。These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws specified in the executed agreement, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
数据保护Data Protection
个人数据处理受（如适用）数据处理附录、隐私政策及已签署协议中载明的客户书面指示约束。Processing of personal data is governed by the Data Processing Addendum (where applicable), the Privacy Policy, and the customer’s documented instructions as set out in the executed agreement.
服务终止Termination
任一方可依据已签署协议中约定的解除权、通知期限及补救机制终止服务。Either party may terminate the services in accordance with the termination rights, notice periods, and cure mechanisms set out in the executed agreement.
知识产权Intellectual Property
除已签署协议明确授予客户的权利外，Smallsoft 保留平台、文档及相关知识产权的一切权利、所有权与利益。Smallsoft retains all right, title, and interest in and to the platform, documentation, and related intellectual property, except for rights expressly granted to the customer under the executed agreement.
条款修改Modifications to Terms
Smallsoft 可不时更新本条款。重大变更将依照已签署协议中的通知条款进行告知。Smallsoft may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in accordance with the notice provisions in the executed agreement.
争议解决Dispute Resolution
因本条款引起或与之相关的争议，应依照已签署协议约定的争议解决程序、审理地及管辖规则处理。Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution procedure, forum, and jurisdiction set out in the executed agreement.
条款优先顺序Order of Precedence
如本页面与双方已签署协议存在冲突，以已签署协议为准。If there is any conflict between this page and an executed agreement, the executed agreement prevails.
